Do you want to know the secret to making the easiest, most addicting condiment? So do I! *laugh* I’ve discovered that in my house, there’s one “secret” ingredient to making every condiment in the fridge and pantry obscure: Sriracha hot sauce.
Once a week, my husband and I love making grilled chicken sandwiches, and while we prefer mayo on our sandwiches, I discovered that when we eat spicy food, we tend to eat less. One night, I decided to make Sriracha mayo with our grilled chicken sandwiches, and wow! The difference in the taste was amazing!
- 1-2 Tbs Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo (whatever type you use)
- Mix Sriracha and mayo until well blended
The spicy mayo is this creamy pink color and the heat tingles in the back of your mouth when you taste it. Two tablespoons (2 Tbs) tend to make the mayo a little more spicy than most people like it, but it’s just so good.
